Friendly staff and smooth sales process. They were fair and transparent about minor issues with the car, were full of suggestions about servicing and maintenance, and their sales listing was accurate and well presented. The car was freshly washed and immaculate inside.

Terrible experience. People with absolutely no sense of professionalism! A complete waste of time! We had ongoing communication about a car — everything was going well, I had already decided on the car, my finance had been approved, and then I began to notice that the salesperson was no longer as quick and efficient in responding as before. So I decided to push for clarity and realised he was actually interested in selling the car to someone else for reasons unknown to me (I hadn't even started negotiating the price), but at the same time, he wanted to keep me as a "backup" in case his preferred deal fell through. Absolutely outrageous. This is not the behaviour of a remotely serious business.

Hi, we understand your situation, however you did not leave a refundable deposit to secure the vehicle as we recommended, which meant that the vehicle was still available for sale. for future reference, please do leave a refundable deposit on any vehicle that you may be interested in to secure it and prevent an issue like this from accruing again. many thanks

Just bought a 2008 VW Golf. Very friendly and helpful. Car was as advertised and extremely clean inside and out. Answered all questions we had and didn’t rush us in any way. Would buy from here again! :)

I purchased an almost new Toyota Yaris Cross from Broad Lane Motors a few months ago. The car had been a Cat S rightoff but had been repaired to near mint condition. Shakeel & his staff were absolutely fantastic, really friendly & honest. They showed me all the components & receipts that had been replaced to make the car good again. They made me feel confident & at ease with buying from them so I purchased the car on the same day I had seen it on Autotrader. There was one issue with the car but Shakeel went to great efforts to put things right within warranty. The car has been faultless since then & I am so happy with it. I bought a Lexus 450 f sport SUV of Broad Lane Motors. My experience with Broad Lane Motors was very pleasant from start to finish. the owner was very helpful even when i was enquiring about the car and went out of his way to answer all my queries. my wife and i travelled to Bradford to collect the car and it was everything that he had described. i would have no hesitation recommending my friends to deal with them and if any of my family need a car they will be our first contact five star service

A very good experience. I bought a 7-seater Toyota Verso a few days ago. The only fault identified was a screenwash motor issue which Broad Lane Motors quickly replaced as they said they would. Many of their cars come with a dealer history which I was impressed by and a courtey call to check that I was happy with my purchase a few days later was much appreciated. I shall consider travelling from Birmingham again in future to buy my next used car.
