I travelled to Broad Lane Motoros from Surrey to buy a Yaris Hybrid that matched my exact requirements after a long phone call with Manny where we went though the car in detail. The one thing I forgot to confirm was whether the car had two keys, and when I turned up it only had one key - this was not mentioned in the ad. Manny and I came to an agreement, he resolved the key issue and delivered the car on a low-loader a few days later. The transaction I had with Broad Lane Motors was friendly, professional and respectful. I could have saved myself some time and cost (including delivery) by checking keys during the initial phone call, but that said I've had the car now for six weeks and very happy with purchase. Used hybrids appear to be Broad Lane Motors speciality, I tried a couple of other Yaris' while there which were in good condition. So if you're looking for a used hybrid they're definitely worth a call.

I’ve never bought a car so fast and easily before. The service was brilliant. I rang (several times) on the Sunday afternoon. The car had only just been uploaded onto the Autotrader website and hadn’t even got the photos on. But I was after a specific car, a Lexus, and the car was spot on. So I agreed to immediately put on a refundable deposit so I could review photos. The car was MOT’d and front tyres replaced. Once I confirmed later that afternoon that I would purchase, the car was ready, taxed and delivered the very next day!! 25 hours. Amazing.

As a member of the I.A.M I am very careful on how I view on line transactions, Because unfortunately there are a lot of not so honest dealers out there so you do have to be careful. Broad Lane had the car I was looking for and they looked after me from start to finish to answer questions about the car, hold it for me, and then open up the business specifically for me to drive the 200 miles from my house to them to come and test drive and buy it. The salesman I dealt with was very knowledgable about the car in which I was interested and its history. I was able to take a test drive including a stretch on the motorway. Having purchased the car I was helped with (1) arranging temporary insurance to drive it away and (2) paying the necessary road tax.
