Bought a 520 M Sport from them - they were very cautious about payment by card as I was coming from Ireland but all went okay in the end. Very helpful staff and very pleased with the car. Would recommend.

Brilliant dealership, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, the owner has a genuine smile on his face, helped us through the purchase of our lovely Volvo V50, took us on a proper test drive including the motorway and taxed the car while we waited. No rushing or sales pressure and really helpful lovely chaps. Would recommend to anyone

What can I say, these gentlemen are genuine, courteous and so helpful. Sold us a great little car and did everything that we asked them to do before we picked it up.👏👏👏 Would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I personally prefer a close knit family orientated garage rather than the commercial produced companies. Broad lane motors were easy to find, said they would collect me from the train station, were accommodating, friendly, polite, professional and not pushy for that sale.. They were patient as I am hard to please, and when I made my decision my car was ready and waiting, fuelled and valeted. I am so far 100% happy and satisfied with their business and I am thrilled with my car, I love it and so thank you to all the guys at broad lane motors. I shall recommend you.

Bought a car off Broad lane cars yesterday a Volvo S40 SE,cracking motor. Drove the 50 odd miles home never missed a beat...Let me start off with arriving there. was met at the train station by Manni who took me to Broad lane showed me the car, took me for a test drive,could not fault the car. down to the paper work, I needed to tax it and take out a 24 hour insurance just to get me home, everything was done for me online there in the office by Manni, Shaquille ( hope iv,e got the name right) Thanks for all your help could not of done it with out you... So I cant really say much more other than get yourself down there for a no hassle deal. they have some cracking cars there, all at affordable prices...so once again guys...Cheers..

I don't really know much about cars so broad lane motors offered me a comprehensive 3 month warranty which he also wrote on my receipt. On the drive home I noticed a knocking noise coming from the engine another noise from the left hand side of the car the steering was heavy and pulling to one side the window wipers were making a loud noise also. I took the car to my local garage who told me the dual mass fly wheel was on its way out, one of the injectors was not working an anti roll bar link was broken the wipers needed changing the tracking was out and the power steering fluid was empty. I paid for the wipers antiroll bar link power steering and tracking but as the car was under warranty I felt the dmf and injector should be done by him I called broad lane motors and instantly the man was very rude and nasty saying the warranty was a mistake and he will not be paying a penny for anything I now don't have a car to drive and a long fight with trading standards on my side.

dont know wer to start and wer to finish,we sold mia perry a vauxhall astra which was fit for purpose and satisfactory quality,as all vehicles are checked before leaving broad lane motors ltd,we have tried to get in touch with mia about providing us with evidence regarding the Vauxhall astra but in return we got no response.we noticed that mia perry was selling the vauxhall astra alloywheels with excellent tyres on facebook to her freinds,you would expect age related marks as it is an 12 year old vehicle,we have offered mia pery to return the vehicle and take a full refund also including her fuel cost but in return got no response as we know that the vehicle had absolutley no faults
