Bought my first car a couple of days ago, a Toyota Yaris with 50k miles. As it was my first car, and as I know not very much about cars, I was worried about getting tricked into a bad deal. However, when I got to the car shop I checked it out, went for a test drive, and the guys at the shop showed me all the documentation (previous owners, MOT & servicing etc.). This gave me the confidence to make the decision to buy it. After I took the car home and showed a mechanic friend of mine, he checked under the bonnet and said it all looked good and it was a great buy! Very good experience. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles they were selling. I looked at several and they knew all the good and bad points about each make and model of car. There was no pressure and no hard sell on lots of extra warranties etc like you get from some dealers. The car itself was well-prepared and as described. The price was very competitive. I would definitely look at Broad Lane Motors next time I need to buy a used car.

Top guys to deal with, absolutely the best! I bought a car from them, took it home to North East of Scotland, and it developed a problem. They sorted it out for me no worries. Of all the garages I visited in their area, these guys impressed me the most. Fully recommend them - nice, pleasant, honest & trustworthy.

Bought a 520 M Sport from them - they were very cautious about payment by card as I was coming from Ireland but all went okay in the end. Very helpful staff and very pleased with the car. Would recommend.

Brilliant dealership, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, the owner has a genuine smile on his face, helped us through the purchase of our lovely Volvo V50, took us on a proper test drive including the motorway and taxed the car while we waited. No rushing or sales pressure and really helpful lovely chaps. Would recommend to anyone

What can I say, these gentlemen are genuine, courteous and so helpful. Sold us a great little car and did everything that we asked them to do before we picked it up.👏👏👏 Would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I personally prefer a close knit family orientated garage rather than the commercial produced companies. Broad lane motors were easy to find, said they would collect me from the train station, were accommodating, friendly, polite, professional and not pushy for that sale.. They were patient as I am hard to please, and when I made my decision my car was ready and waiting, fuelled and valeted. I am so far 100% happy and satisfied with their business and I am thrilled with my car, I love it and so thank you to all the guys at broad lane motors. I shall recommend you.

Bought a car off Broad lane cars yesterday a Volvo S40 SE,cracking motor. Drove the 50 odd miles home never missed a beat...Let me start off with arriving there. was met at the train station by Manni who took me to Broad lane showed me the car, took me for a test drive,could not fault the car. down to the paper work, I needed to tax it and take out a 24 hour insurance just to get me home, everything was done for me online there in the office by Manni, Shaquille ( hope iv,e got the name right) Thanks for all your help could not of done it with out you... So I cant really say much more other than get yourself down there for a no hassle deal. they have some cracking cars there, all at affordable prices...so once again guys...Cheers..
